Voice Description
My best assets as a voice talent are humor and sincerity. My best sound is as a blue collar guy, a sports enthusiast, a dad. I have a long history as a comic actor and writer, and my voiceover contribution would be best suited for companies seeking funny people, who know how to deliver a joke. I would imagine my work as a voiceover artist would be best suited to things like voicemail greetings, commercials and phone greetings.
My voice has a young, tenor sound, but as a middle-aged man I have some flexibility in terms of age sound. I believe I am deft with dialects and accents, and learn fast.

My Voice Experience
I've been an actor forever, a writer of plays for 20 years, and a theatre director and producer for as long as I can remember. I have acted on television and in theatre and was Professor Plum in a video version of the Parker Brothers' game CLUE at one point in time. I've worked for NBC, ABC, Showtime as an actor.
And if somebody needed to punch up a script or fix a joke line in a voiceover session, I could do it.
My Training
I've an MFA in Theatre from Smith College and have worked as an actor for 30 years. Yes, I said Smith. There was a grad program for guys there in the 70's. I've been communicating in theatre as a director and administrator since the mid-seventies.
